A native German speaker — absolutely essential
Full-time available (no side hustles please)
Expert in Make (Integromat) and Airtable
Strong understanding of APIs and how to connect systems efficiently
Experienced in building scalable, robust automation workflows
Obsessed with reliability, precision, and clarity
Excited about continuous learning and personal growth
Able to communicate clearly, work independently, and execute quickly

🔧 What You’ll Do

Design, build, and manage complex automations using Make and Airtable
Work across multiple projects with a wide range of tools, APIs, and use cases
Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and clarity
Implement error handling, monitoring, and documentation best practices
Collaborate with leadership on business-critical systems
