I’m curious about some of the ins and outs of an ai voice agency model. I plan to use Vapi/make together at first to create a simple receptionist/appointment scheduler aimed exclusively at construction general contractors. I figure the general framework would be setup fee ($3k) plus monthly tiered pricing based on call volume and automation complexity to cover monthly costs including a small fee for myself. Does this seem about right? What should the monthly pricing tiers look like? What am I missing?
