The AI assistant can automatically:

✅ Calculate discounts automatically
✅ Reserve products for same-day pickup
✅ Book mobile & laptop repair services
✅ Store reservations in Google Sheets
✅ Maintain conversation memory
✅ Escalate complex queries to a human agent
✅ Notify the shop owner instantly when human support is needed
✅ Handle workflow errors with automated email alerts
