Built a Web Audit & Outreach Automation

Hey everyone,

I’ve been experimenting with connecting different tools to see how far I can take a web audit + outreach flow. Thought I’d share what I built and also get feedback on how you’d improve it.

The flow right now:

Pulls records from Google Sheets
Scrapes websites (company info, staff lists, etc.)
Flags if a site is down or redirecting
Runs a Lighthouse audit (Performance, SEO, Accessibility, Best Practices)
Captures screenshots for context
Uses AI to draft outreach emails (even adapts if the site is down)
Logs all results back into Sheets

What I found interesting:

Multi-language outreach (I tested translating into Swedish) really changes response tone.
Having both audits + outreach in one flow saves a lot of manual steps.
But, handling edge cases (like missing websites) took some trial and error.
