Hi everyone I am new here my name is William I like to be called bill

So my question is in vapi you can build voice agents and get a Twilio number and connect it to the agent and test it and it works but the only thing I am having trouble understanding is how do I put it into a business with a phone number already that they don’t want to change their phone number?

Is there another steps I am missing?

Any help would be great
