Ai receptionist On retail.ai and make.com

im not 100% about this group but i am in another paid skool but the person running it doesnt really communicate and im about to sell my first ai to a hvac company i still need to implement mutilangual because im in canada and i dont know what rules to add to my script i can send the full built out one im still QA testing but i think its almost perfect im also not sure how to connect to the companys crm/calendar but other than that id love to share some of my wisdom on this ive been firmilar with retail.ai for around 4 months
