- Use Sales Nav to filter actual buyers(role + company size + recent activity)
- Export the list with PhantomBuster(no copy-paste, no VA needed)
- Enrich emails using a mail finder(only keep verified emails)
- Push the list into Instantly→ warm inbox→ personalized sequences→ auto follow-ups
The biggest win isn’t “automation”.
It’s speed + consistency:
- every lead gets contacted
- follow-ups never drop
- replies land in one inbox
