What Is Breathwork?
Breathwork is the practice of controlling your breath to support your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Through breathing techniques, you can reduce stress, ease anxiety and depression, and even experience a natural sense of euphoria. Many people also find that breathwork helps them process and heal from past emotional trauma, reconnect with themselves, and elevate their everyday state of being.
