15 seconds hold, 30 second recovery
30 seconds hold, 1 min recovery
45 seconds hold, 1:30 min recovery
1 min hold, 2 min recovery
1::15 min hold, 2:30 min recovery
1:30 min hold, full recovery
Note your sensations and struggle points and we can discuss how to break through those barriers!
