4/4, 4/8, 4/12, 4/16 continue to repeat for the full 2 mins
C)
Breath Hold Air Squat Ladder
1 big breath in hold 3 Air Squats
2 big breaths in and out on the 2nd breath in hold 6 Air Squats
3 big breaths in and out on the 3rd breath in hold 9 Air Squats
4 big breaths in and out on the 4th breath in hold 12 Air Squats
Continue to 21 and then come back down
