The Trap of Trading Time for Money
I used to believe that the only way forward was to work harder, get a promotion, and climb the ladder. But over time I realized something: the system is built to keep us comfortable enough not to leave, but never free enough to grow. That’s what I call the golden handcuffs — a paycheck that keeps you safe but stuck.
