This is a safe, kind place to get healthier. A few simple rules keep it that way. Be kind. We are all at different stages. No judgment, ever. Cheer each other on. AND, not instead of. Everything we share supports your medical care, it does not replace it. Always talk to your own doctor before changing anything. Never stop a prescription on your own. Share wins and struggles. Both help. Your small win might be the exact thing someone else needs to see today. Ask questions. There are no dumb ones. If you are wondering it, someone else is too. No spam or selling. This is not the place to promote other products or links. Those posts will be removed. Protect privacy. What is shared here stays here. Be thoughtful with personal medical details. Keep it hopeful.
