I like to start my day with breathwork and meditation.
My meditations were largely ineffective until I started infusing them with intention
Sit cross legged, or in a relaxed position; Close your eyes and bring your awareness to between your eyebrows. You can do this by actually pointing your eyes there while they're closed; Then think of a time you felt deep gratitude. Think of a meal, or a time with your family that was just amazing, everything seemed to be in perfect harmony. Sit with it for as long as possible. What happens after this is the marvel of the law of attraction. Other memories of deep gratitude will surface in your mind, things that evoked a similar feeling.
The Law of Attraction is a mental law first, meaning what you think will attract like thoughts. Sit in this gratitude for as long as possible. When a negative or doubtful thought comes, push it away and think back to that first thought you had that evoked gratitude, do not let any negativity linger. Meditation is about gratitude, so meditate with all that you are grateful for.
