Quick win for anyone doing content or client work:
I just found a free tool called Vigor AI that lets you take any 2D image (logo, mascot, headshot, product photo) and animate it using a motion reference video — same art style, same movement, zero editing skills needed.
In today's YouTube video, I walk through:
→ How to turn a static image into a talking/head-moving animation
→ How to find or record the right "skeleton" motion
→ How to stack 3 motions together into a 10-second story beat (instead of a one-second gimmick)
→ A few real examples I made today — including a Donald Trump animation that would've cost thousands a few years ago
If you run an agency or create content for clients, this is an easy upsell: animated avatars, talking logos, character explainers, without hiring an animator.
