My assistant Joyce has availability. Her rates are $7/hour.

She helps me:

format books in Vellum
keep things organized
publish books wide, using draft to digital, publish drive, and going to direct to some stores (I trust her with my passwords. Sometimes I have her leave the book in draft on Amazon and I do the final check...then green light her to publish the book wide)
make videos for Tiktok/Reels (I send her video of me doing page flips of my book)
Set up beautiful newsletters (I added her as an assistant on Mailerlite so she has her own login, but she'll also leave things in draft so I can add a personal note)
Post on socials
and more! Make an SOP video of you doing the thing and she can learn how you like things done

If you're unsure about hiring people, you could try hiring Joyce for a single project so you can feel into what it's like to have great support. Babies know how to delegate, but it gets trained out of us, and many of us feel like we have to do everything. But if you've ever ordered a cup of coffee and let the barista pull the espresso for you without running behind the counter to fix it, congrats! You've successfully delegated.
