We just shipped a new feature: **External Review Tracking**
## What's New
You can now sync reviews from external platforms (Google My Business, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) into BookLive — and use their content in your workflows!
## Why This Matters
Ever wish you could automatically ask happy clients to spread the love to other platforms? Now you can.
**Example: Review Crossposting Workflow**
When a client leaves you a glowing Google review, BookLive can automatically send them a sequence of 3 emails over 2 weeks, gently nudging them to crosspost that same review to WeddingWire and The Knot.
The emails even include the original review text so they can copy/paste — making it dead simple for them to help you out.
