This is pretty much a plug & play template. Research the brand you're reaching out to (if you're not already familiar with them) and plug in their brand details & what you can bring to the table.
Brands don't just want to hear about your stats– those are great to include but they don't sell the collaboration for you. Brands want to know what your content will do for them. They are paying you to bring more clients, customers and potential buyers their way.

  1. Screenshot a previous pitch email you sent to a brand (if you've never pitched a brand, move to step 2.)
  2. Write a new pitch email that incorporates what a collaboration with you will do for their brand. Use the template here if needed or you can make your own template. Make sure the pitch is personalized to the brand and also concise- erase the fluff where you can.
  3. Drop your final pitch email below for review!
If you don't already have a media kit to include in your pitch emails- use this template. My media kit is what seals the deal every.single.time. Think of it as basically a PowerPoint- but YOU are the subject. Every slide helps the viewer get to know you and your values better- and if you're a fit for their brand, then they're quick to hire for content creation!
