Introduction
Hi everyone.
It has been a great Journey working with Jake. From not having any idea on where to start my STR business to having 2 STR properties in less than one year with an average monthly revenue of around 11K.With Jakes help we were able to acquire an out-state property 5 bedroom in Houston TX and set it up and now it's up and running without ever going to Houston or physically seeing the property. We are currently looking forward to our 3rd property before the end of the year. Working with Jake has been Phenomenal and indeed a great experience.
