Often times, good tradesmen are poor communicators. They can fix the broken system, but they can’t relay the message to the client in a way that conveys the value they provide and the true professional that they really are. BBC is a program that will get technical people communicating with clients at a high level. Side effects may include: higher conversion rate, higher average ticket, and more positive google reviews. Don’t use if you want to stay average and make less money.

Most techs have the skills for the trades but lack the communication skills required in the home BCC changed and like anything requires work to build that muscle memory
