Most AI advice comes from tech guys who’ve never bid a job or run a crew. I’m Andy Garrett. I own Garrett Excavating, and I’m putting AI to work in my own company to bid faster, cut office work and get my evenings back. This is where I show you how.
Join and get a 30-minute, one-on-one AI audit with me after your first payment. We’ll look at how you run your business and find where AI can save you the most time.
Inside you get:
- Live AI calls with me every other week
- AI tutorials built for sitework, with new ones added regularly
- Prompts and templates for bids, emails and paperwork
- Support from other contractors figuring it out too
No coding. No tech talk.
For owners running a small excavation or sitework crew.
