Remember that PHYSICAL Rest is not wasting TIME.

Rest brings us recovery.
Rest allow us to grow.
Mentally, emotionally, physically.
Even if you can’t fully DISCONNECT from social media, schedule at least 10 minutes of real rest in your day.
So if you FEEL that you “shoulda, coulda, woulda” then just SIMPLY do it and rest, please.
