Business? Family? SLOWER doesn't mean LESS... it means DEEPER impact
Have you also noticed that when you SPEAK to someone with less speed you are actually opening up a door to deeper connection?
Whether it is you client, friend, family or yourself in front of that mirror - our mind take information with more ease & calmness which means you are creating MORE IMPACT on someone else's or YOUR life through conscious words.
What is the lesson here?
We don't need to rush through conversations as they will BECOME more meaningful and impactful and through that you are ATTRACTING more clients, clients that are genuinely interested in your services.. you are also able to SHAPE your private life through this TECHNIQUE and create more meaningful relationships.
Just start with yourself.. speak with ease, speak clearly and intentionally when encouraging YOURSELF in that mirror 😉
