Misunderstanding and improper use of the word “Specialty”
I often encounter situations where the word "Specialty" is used improperly. Sometimes out of simple ignorance and other times (many times) out of dishonesty.
To help a client understand in depth the difference between Specialty and commercial coffee, as well as best practices for communicating it, I tried using AI to generate a detailed report.
With a single prompt and in just 8 minutes, the result is very satisfactory. I haven't made any changes; this is the first and only version of the report.
I thought it might be useful to the community. What do you think?
