Our weekly and monthly routine gives us space to make progress, discover opportunities and build meaningful connections. Here’s what you can look forward to:
MONDAY | WEEKLY GOALS 🎯
Start the week by sharing what you want to accomplish in your remote career, learning or client work.
You might be preparing applications, updating your portfolio, learning a tool or working towards a project deadline. Every Monday, we’ll share a different prompt to help you choose a clear goal, think through any challenges and decide your next step.
Share your plans and encourage a fellow Bloomer as they work towards theirs.
WEDNESDAY | OPPORTUNITIES ROUNDUP 💼
Explore job opportunities our team has actively scouted, with role details and application instructions.
Head to the Opportunities section, review the requirements and apply for roles that match your skills, experience and availability.
Each roundup will include one practical application tip, covering topics such as tailoring your CV, presenting relevant work samples or preparing for interviews.
FRIDAY | WINS & LESSONS 🌱
Take a moment to reflect on your week.
Did you submit an application, secure an interview, complete a client project, practise a new skill or finally finish something you’d been postponing? Share it with us!
There’s also room to talk about what was difficult, what you learned and what you’ll approach differently next time. Progress looks different for everyone, and small wins deserve recognition too.
MONTHLY | BLOOMERS HANGOUT 🤎
Your monthly co-working and networking session.
Join fellow Bloomers for two hours of virtual co-working, followed by one hour of networking and relaxed conversation.
The co-working session: Bring something you want to work on, such as an application, portfolio update, course activity or individual project. We’ll begin by sharing our goals, work in focused blocks with a break, and finish with a progress check.
The hangout: Get to know the people behind the profiles. Exchange experiences, talk about your remote-work journey and find people with shared interests or goals.
Join the co-working, the hangout or both. We’ll announce the date, time and joining details ahead of each monthly session.
You’re welcome to start conversations, ask questions and share useful insights throughout the week. BLOOMERS grows through everyone’s participation. 🤎
