🌸 Start Here / First Phase 🌸
I wanted to add this here first, before it becomes a proper module, because I know so many of you are feeling confused, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start — and I don’t want anyone feeling lost in silence 🤍
If that’s you, please know this:
You are not behind.
You are not doing this wrong.
And you don’t need a plan yet.
This first phase of Bloom & Bank is simply about:
- arriving
- observing
- settling your nervous system
- letting ideas breathe
- noticing what you’re drawn to (and what you’re not)
You do not need to:
- post
- introduce yourself if it feels uncomfortable
- know what you want to build
- have a business idea
- take action quickly
Many women start here by:
- reading quietly
- saving posts
- sitting with ideas
- realising they’re not alone
That counts.
Over time, I’ll be turning this into a proper Start Here / First Phase module, but for now I just wanted to gently support those of you who are in that in-between space — where you know something wants to change, but you don’t yet know how.
This is a calm place to figure that out.
No pressure. No rush. No expectation.
You’re exactly where you need to be 🌸
What areas are you drawn to, what is your passion that ignites a fire in you? Start there, do a mind map, put your passion in the middle , put ideas coming out like in a bubble.
Nothing comes to you, that’s fine, put it down walk away, an idea might come to you while you are cooking or in the bath 🛁 don’t rush, it will come to the surface when your nervous system is calm ☺️
If you think you will get £10k overnight you have been lied to, I’ve been there, if this is truly your passion it will come
