I’m 5’9, 175, 18. I used to be 307 pounds and my lowest was 145. I bulked up to 200 to put on size and muscle which was pretty successful but not nearly what I was looking for.(definitely just cope). I’m back down to 175 after cutting keeping most of the muscle gained but I’m looking for something to take to get me to that next level. Any advice or constructive criticism is welcome and appreciated.
