New role & new team - how I got up to speed 🙌
Hey all, my name is Anthony, I’ve been cutting hair for 4 years and have recently stepped into a Manager role at Sonder, leading our Neutral Bay location.
Excited for everyone to go through the course as I’ve received this training & am now implementing it with a new team just like all of you! One of the most effective ways I’ve found for getting my team up to speed is by leading by example as I set the bench mark for them to follow - if we’re not doing it then there’s no reason for them to try any harder than us.
