Hey !!
Hey guys my name is karel and I’m a partner in sonder Mona vale. We opened exactly 3 years ago and since then we have built up the shop to be fully staffed with total of 5 boys.
I think the most challenging aspect of owning and managing a barbershop is definitely consistency it’s easy to have a good week but difficult to repeat the good weeks consistently.
Having a space to communicate with other owners/managers is a great way to keep yourself accountable.
so look forward to hearing what works and doesn’t work for you guys.
