Been hopping in the sauna about 4 times a week again, feels great. Also doing one meal a day for a couple weeks now. It’s been nice as I get to keep volume eating but keep the insulin spikes down 23/24 hours of the day. I have a bunch of fat to drop so this lifestyle shift seems good for me for now.
Sleep is great and I have kept the house clean each night in order to wake up to not clutter in both my space and my mind so I can attack the day.
How about you guys? Anything recently to get better?
