Kraken holding my BTC...

Has anyone else ever had issues with Kraken?

I purchased some BTC last month and apparently they flagged my account because my checking account for ACH didn't pull the funds, so they froze my account, and had me WIRE a payment directly to them... which I did almost 10+ days ago now, and they still have yet to un-freeze my account and let me withdraw my BTC.

Their customer support SUCKS too... I've had to follow-up with them every 1-2 days just to keep hearing the same excuse, "your account is under review".

Now I feel like i'm out double, what I paid for the BTC and the WIRE I sent them... insane.

Would not recommend them.
