Birthright is a free community devoted to remembering the wisdom of the female body.
I believe this knowledge is our birthright - to understand our own bodies, to care about the cycles and seasons we move through, and to remember our connection to the Earth. When we reconnect with this ancient wisdom, life begins to feel less confusing. The world becomes easier to navigate from the inside out.
This community is a space for authentic sharing from me, and hopefully from you too, around the lived experience of being a woman. I’ll be gathering and distilling teachings from many lineages into one grounded, accessible place for learning and remembering.
