Here at Birchhaus, we don't do toxic positivity or promise to give you 'the magic key' that will fix all your problems. We do safe-space community, therapeutic witnessing, body doubling, feminine rage circles, in-depth deep diving - raw, real and natural. No sugar coating, but maybe a touch of candy flipping.
This community is run by me - Slow Down Josephine. With an unending desire to find out the 'why', and intense research on literally anything that sparks my interest, I bring my wide lived experience and lifelong passion of 'connecting-the-dots'. I aim to help you reverse engineer the possible drivers and contributors towards what might be holding you back from being your most unmasked, fabulous self, and help you embody the 'You' that you know you are inside.
