Employee struggling
I have an employee who currently has Gitleman Syndrome and is type 2 diabetic the community doc has her on
2000 mg of metformina
Lantus 15 ml every night
Litaglutide 12 ml twice at week
And it’s not helping her loose weight or controlling her blood sugar. Her doc gave her the okay to start peptides but didn’t elaborate on any type of guidance on which ones, prob because they are not fda regulated and research only.. when u saw the amount of metformin she was on I was shocked and was like why haven’t they suggested glps.. any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. I understand we are not doctors and im not asking for any type of medical advice.. just want to give her some good helpful answers. My immediate thought was a glp and cell repair.. but I am still learning as well.

Calm, research-minded peptide education focused on pathways, rituals, observational awareness, and thoughtful discussion.
