Potential scam
Hello group. I’d like to get your opinion if this is legit or a phishing attempt. I reached out on twitter to an adaptation publicist because I believe my books could be adapted to movies. He referred me to Archewell publications for the next streps. I’m not sure if this is normal process and if producer normally reach out to the author directly.
Head of scripted films responded to me with request of query letter and my vision of the movie etc. No request to pay anything at least for now.
