Help selling this couch please

I have had this couch listed for weeks, had a few nibbles but not bites. Not sure if I need better pictures, need to drop the price more ($400 + delivery right now and got I got it for free) , or try boosting or anything else? It does have a few stains that didn’t come out that you can see on the chaise in the pic.
