You’re not confused — your brain is overloaded.
When everything feels important, the brain doesn’t prioritize — it pauses. Not because you’re stuck, but because you’re carrying too much at once. Before trying to “figure it all out,” try this simple sort:
Now / Not Now
Take everything on your mind and split it into two lists:
  • Now → needs attention this week
  • Not Now → real, but not urgent
No ranking. No pressure. Just relief.
This small step helps your brain breathe again — and clarity usually follows. 🎥 Watch the video for a quick reminder that you’re not behind — you’re just overloaded, and there’s a way through it.
If overload keeps showing up, The Reset in the CLASSROOM has additional tools to help reduce mental load and rebuild clarity, one step at a time.
You don’t need to do everything. You just need a place to start — and support along the way.
