Hi,
If I may ask where do I start with good habit building? I’ve always made a list of things per day to do, but within two weeks that list making falls away. I tend to overwhelm myself with too much at once. Setting up a list with too many things to do and get to, and I post pone due to not enough hours in a day, or life happens and I just give up because I don't get to it. Or I try to do everything at once.
I may also lack a clear picture of where my habits are suppose to take me, such as a vision.
Any help on how to get myself managed and progressively working forward, instead of always being all over the place?
