Yesterday I completed the book - Atomic Habits by James Clear, and the one technique I'm going to start implementing is the 2min ⏰️activity rule. Tell yourself that you only need to do that one thing you've been putting off for 2 minutes. Start, and before you know it, you've worked alot longer at it. Or completed it. 🎯
