Between Inhale & Exhale is an online meditation club created for regular practice, emotional awareness, and a more balanced relationship with everyday life.
This space supports working with inner tension, emotional reactions, and moments when life feels overwhelming or draining. Through a combination of breathwork, energy practices, and meditation, we learn to notice what is happening within us and respond with more clarity instead of reacting automatically.
The focus of this club is not self-improvement, but self-awareness: becoming less defensive, less reactive, and more present with what is real.
How the club works:
• Weekly live guided sessions integrating breathwork, energy practices, and meditation•
Three sessions per month: 30–40 minutes•
One longer session per month: 60–90 minutes•
Monthly Satsang for honest conversation and shared reflection through a spiritual perspective
• Session recordings available for 7 days
