Three things to do right now:

1. Introduce yourself. Drop a comment on this post: your name, your business, and the one question on your mind this week. Doesn't have to be your biggest question. Just a real one.

2. Mark your calendar. The monthly live Q&A is the second Tuesday of every month, 12:00 PM ET, 90 minutes. The next one is Tuesday, June 9 at noon ET. Same time, same link, every month after that. Show up live if you can; everything's recorded if you can't.

3. Ask your first question. Submit it by posting in the community or emailing [email protected]. Written answers within 5 business days. No discovery calls. No "let's hop on a quick call." Just answers.

A few things to expect:

I show up here daily, but not constantly. You'll get a real answer, usually within a day.
The best moments in this group don't come from me — they come from another owner saying "we ran into that exact thing and here's what we did." Every member contributes.
What gets shared here stays here. Real businesses, real numbers. Treat what other owners share the way you'd want yours treated.
