How to Use Ready for Birth & Baby
How to Use Ready for Birth & Baby
Not sure where to begin? Keep it simple.
1. Start where you are
Head to the Classroom and start with Start Here, or jump straight into the stage that feels most relevant to you right now.
There’s no need to work through everything in order.
2. Use what you need
Inside the Classroom you’ll find lessons, downloads, checklists and practical resources covering pregnancy, birth, newborn care and postnatal recovery.
Dip in and out whenever something comes up.
3. Ask questions
This is a community, not just a library of information.
If something is on your mind, pop a question into the Community. No question is too small, and chances are someone else has been wondering the same thing.
4. Join the conversation
Share your thoughts, answer our community questions, tell us what you're wondering about, or simply read along until you feel ready to join in.
You’re always welcome here.
A Quick Note
Ready for Birth & Baby provides education, support and practical guidance, but it doesn’t replace personalised medical care.
If you’re concerned about yourself, your pregnancy or your baby, please contact your LMC, midwife, GP or healthcare provider.
