Not for attention.
Just straight discipline.
Early mornings.
Long miles.
No audience… just current and commitment.
That’s the part people don’t see.
Everyone celebrates the finish line…
but the real story is who you had to become just to get there.
Different respect for anyone who signs up for that kind of pressure and doesn’t fold.
A week later and it still sits with me…
Some people talk about hard things.
Some people quietly go do them.
