Spring Reset
One of the simplest ways to build structure in your life is to reset at natural points in the year.
The beginning of the year gets a lot of attention.
But the truth is, you don’t need to wait for January to reset your life.
Early March is actually a great time to pause and ask yourself a few questions.
The year is still young, but enough time has passed to see what’s working and what isn’t.
Take five minutes today and ask yourself:
1. What has been working well so far this year?
What habits, routines, or systems have made your life easier?
Keep those.
2. What has felt chaotic or unstructured?
Is there something that keeps stressing you out or making life harder than it needs to be?
That’s often where structure is missing.
3. What is one small system you could put in place this month?
Not a huge change.
Just one small improvement.
Examples:
• planning your week every Sunday
• starting a small savings bucket
• scheduling time to work on a side idea
• writing your priorities each morning
Small adjustments made throughout the year create big change over time.
You don’t need to wait for January.
You can reset anytime.
Even today.
What is one area of your life that could use a small reset this month?
