Some of you aren’t scared of healing.
You’re scared of being seen healing.
Scared someone will say:
“You’re doing too much.”
“You’ve changed.”
“That’s not who you used to be.”
Let me say something clearly.
The version of you that tolerated everything
is not the version that’s rising.
And yes — people get uncomfortable
when you stop shrinking.
This space isn’t about loud announcements.
It’s about quiet standards.
It’s for the person rebuilding in private.
The one who survived things they don’t even talk about.
The one who got tired of apologizing for growing.
You don’t owe anyone the broken version of you.
If this hit — comment one word:
What are you done apologizing for?
