What’s in the pipeline for BYB?
First off - thank you for being here. It’s my goal to build this community and make it worth your time and attention. But as with anything worthwhile, it takes time!
There’s two elements to this:
  1. What you have told me you’re working towards (your specific goals & challenges)
  1. What I want to create and deliver in the Classroom that I know produces results
The challenges for me is to:
  1. Create content/solutions that solve your specific problems, in a format that you actually want to consume it so that you actually get the results
  1. Package the high priority, most relevant/impactful information that’s proven to get results into a digestible format (not just posting an abundance of overwhelming information).
Here’s a bit of a ‘brain dump’ of ideas of what kinda areas, topics, goals, challenges I plan on addressing here through the community posts/ classroom:

From Individuals specific goals/
  • know myself and love myself unconditionally. I’d like to learn how to show as up the best version of myself for myself and others. I’d like to learn something new
  • Weight loss, but hoping this group will give me motivation and tips to achieve this goal
  • Taking control of my diet getting into the best shape possible and build a strong mindset
  • To be able to independently plan my workouts at the gym and with nutrition, so I’m able to take it at my own pace and feel I have achieved my goals by myself.
  • I am hoping to tone up and get fitter. I have let exercise slip over the last 6months and I am now feeling quite unfit and can't seem to get into a rhythm with any plans.
  • Graduate as Paramedic.
  • A strong community and environment for growth spiritually and mentally
  • Getting strong at the gym and being the best version of myself
  • Get in shape, reduce stress, create a positive mentality
  • Fall in love with exercice again, mental health, able to compete with others in sports, healthy body.

From Individuals specific challenges
  • Self sabotage! Limiting beliefs around money, relationships, success. Repeating old patterns/behaviours that don’t serve me
  • Shift work, and the motivation to go to the gym and eat properly in between that
  • Motivation
  • My motivation can go up and down, so it’s important for me to not overwhelm myself to the point that I withdraw.
  • Myself. I have learned to make excuses and reasons to not be able to find the time for fitness which was never a problem before. I am hoping I can find some accountability and love fitness again.
  • Imposter syndrome
  • Not being around likeminded people, staying motivated
  • Eating
  • I'm lazy
  • Lifestyle, laziness and also working long hours. Snacking as well
  • Need to find some motivation to get back to the gym and stop eat crap
