Introductions!
I would love to hear what brought you to my skool community! What do you hope to get from being here in Sex, Relationship and Intimacy Community. What called you to join? What do you want me to help you with?
I am here with you wanting to support you having a more regulated nervous system so you can experience profound pleasure and connection. With my training as a Somatic Sex, Relationship and Intimacy Coach, Yoga Therapy, Folk Herbalism, and 20 years as Bodyworker I am skilled to support you in so many facets. I also have lived a life as a highly sensing being with complex trauma and have learned to live the best most pleasurable live for myself too, and I am no where near done with my personal growth path and am walking the walk with you, we don't have to do it alone.
