Welcome to my free community- Becoming Her. This space is for the woman who is high functioning on the outside and quietly falling apart on the inside.
She shows up for everyone- her relationship, family, work, business, etc. and has nothing left for herself at the end of the day. She has tried all of the things; programs, diets, plans. Nothing has stuck. Not because she is lazy, but because nothing has ever touched what is actually going on underneath all of the noise. She is depleted.
But now, she has a version of herself she can feel that seems just out of reach. She knows this version exists, she catches glimpses of her in her best moments. She is not as far away as you think.
