What do you think the minimum pay for Cosmetology Educators should be and why?
As license Master Cosmetologist, we know we can write our check. This is a multi billion dollar industry and the earnings are limitless if you position yourself properly. However, some of us choose to add more value to the industry by desiring to teach the future industry leaders. Most educators work for a corporate company that offer medical, dental, 401(k), etc. benefits however, the pay is extremely questionable.
