🔥 Cosmetology Instructors… Are You Building Careers—Or Building a Legacy?

What’s up Elite Educators! It’s Monday and there is no better time to really check our mindset to make sure that we start off strong and aligned with who we’re becoming while setting goals, being intentional with being focused and creating habits that are aligned in a way that what we’re trying to accomplish can actually happen🤞🏾

So over the weekend I was thinking about how we’re already into the second quarter of 2026 with 64 days remaining in this quarter. That means we still have time to make significant progress that produced favorable results for what it is we really want to achieve in our business, finances, health, spiritual life, etc

We are part of a multi-billion dollar beauty industry — and every day, we pour into the next generation, family, friends and or strangers.

We teach.We train.We mentor.We motivate.We help students build confidence, skill, and careers.

But here’s my Monday question for every educator in this community:

What are YOU building?

Are you only helping build someone else’s vision…or are you building something with your own name on it?

Your students, friends and or family should not only see you as an instructor.

They should see you as:

✔ an authority✔ a brand✔ a business mind✔ a leader in your lane✔ proof that beauty professionals can build wealth, impact, and legacy

Teaching is noble.

But your calling is bigger than the classroom.

That business idea…That course…That coaching offer…That digital product…That hands-on academy…That book…That brand…That School….Those Salon Suites… That Podcast etc… The list goes on!

Why is it still sitting in your spirit? Why are you still stuck in the thinking about it phase?

2026 is not the year to stay comfortable.

It’s the year to build what God placed in you.

You were called to teach—but also called to build. Bottom line is you were made for more💯

So I’ll ask again…
