  • Sleep like it’s prescribed. Early nights. Phone down. Nervous system up.
  • Minimal contact protocol:No checking. No “just wondering.” No spiritual stalking disguised as intuition.
  • Eat grounding food. Warm, real, simple. This is not the time for chaos salads.

Your heart is tender, not broken glass.
  • Feelings may come in waves. Let them pass without narrating them to the wrong audience.
  • If you feel the urge to explain yourself to someone who already showed you who they are—pause. That urge will expire in ~20 minutes.
